This webinar is presented by the Westchester Library System Senior Law Collaborative.

When faced with a death or someone who can no longer take care of themselves, the process can at first seem overwhelming. There are papers to file and terms to understand, like probate, surrogate, guardianship, and fiduciary.

Presenter, Mr. Joseph Accetta, Esq., a Westchester County court official with deep experience in both probate and guardianship, will explain how the court system is here to help you during this difficult time.
