Each week, virtually practice guided visualizations to calm the mind and help to bring the body back into harmony from the comfort of your own home.

Email Kristen (kristen@putinewyork.org) to be placed on the email list.  Reminders are sent each weekend and in the event of a cancellation.  New attendees are welcome to schedule a time with Kristen for assistance with Microsoft Teams and for a brief introduction to the sessions.
