STRESSED? Get Support with Westchester Library System and NY Project Hope Online

COVID-19 has changed a lot in our lives and it's OK if you're feeling stressed, anxious, uncertain, isolated, angry, scared...or all of these.

Join us to learn about NY Project Hope, New York’s COVID-19 Emotional Support Helpline to help manage and cope with changes brought on by COVID-19. Westchester Library System, as a NY Project Hope provider, offers confidential and no cost emotional support, coping tips, and trusted local resource referrals.

This program is brought to you by the Greenburgh, John C. Hart, Lewisboro, and Mount Kisco public libraries in partnership with Westchester Library System, as a proud provider of NY Project Hope crisis counseling and local resource referral.
