Ending the Silence for Teens - Building a Resilient Westchester Series

Ending the Silence for Teens - Building a Resilient Westchester Series Online

Please join in this presentation for teens and their families, from NAMI Westchester, the local affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness.

This program will provide families an opportunity to learn the warning signs of a mental health condition, learn how to get help and how to help someone.

We will hear the lived experiences of a parent of an adult child living with a mental health condition and the journey to recovery of a young adult living with a mental health diagnosis, as well as learn valuable information and resources that can help us and our loved ones. A Q&A follows the presentation.
