Health benefits of Middle Eastern dance - this is an aerobic activity with constant movement that burns calories and works the heart muscle- elevating the heart rate to pump oxygen faster through the blood. This exercise can help improve blood pressure, heart disease and diabetes, overall mood and memory. Designed for older adults, ages 60+.
