Summer Meditation Series In-Person

 Mondays 10:30am to Noon - July 15, 22, 29, August 19, 26

 

In this class, you will:

*Begin with gentle stretching to loosen the muscles.

*Listen to a 30-minute guided meditation.

*Enjoy tea while discussing your experience.

 

Meditation is recognized by the National Institutes of Health National Center for Complementary and Integrated Health as potentially having benefits such as:

*Boosting immune function and enhancing physical health.

*Helping to cope with stress and depression.

*Enhancing the functions of brain and nervous system.

 

*Please wear comfortable clothes in which you can easily sit down.

*It is recommend that you have a light breakfast up to 30 minutes before the session.

Registration is not required.
