Join us for an interdisciplinary panel to discuss the current topic of stress management in the midst of cultural crisis and continued mass shootings. Welcoming introductions by Commissioner Mae Carpenter and Commissioner Michael Orth. Discuss how older adults are coping, often facing re-trauma while figuring out ways to maneouver through new cultural norms. Learn how simple Yoga can help reduce stress. All welcome - practioners, caregivers and the general public.
