 Dr. Stephen J. Ferrando, M.D. is the Director of Psychiatry at Westchester Medical Center (WMC) and Chairman of Psychiatry at New York Medical College (NYMC). Dr. Ferrando is a nationally recognized physician, researcher, author and educator. Dr. Ferrando has also been instrumental in providing continuing education programs for physicians, nurses, social workers and other medical professionals on the nature and treatment of Opioid Use Disorders, having trained and certified over 350 providers in the past 4 years.
