Dr. Bartell is the Director of Pediatric Psychiatry at the Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital and the Associate Director of the Department of Psychiatry overseeing Child & Adolescent Psychiatry services for the seven member hospitals of the Westchester Medical Health System.
