Instructor Ike Leong has an MS in Education from Fordham University and had the opportunity to do ballroom dancing at Fred Astaire Studios. Her two passions are martial arts and dance. When asked, "what is dance?", her answer is "dance is an emotion, a feeling, a touch, an expression. It is joy, love, sadness, melancholy, hope..... a breath of fresh air." So Dance, just DANCE and have fun!
