Carolyn Baek, PT, DPT, OCS is a board-certified orthopedic physical therapist with over a decade of experience helping people overcome neck, shoulder, and spine pain. Her approach blends hands-on care, mobility, and practical strength training so everyday activities and exercise feel easier and more confident. She has a special focus on overhead and racquet-sport athletes, including tennis and pickleball players, helping them move better, stay resilient, and keep doing what they love.
