Boost Your Brain: Healthy Habits for Test-Taking In-Person
Join C2 Education and the Greenburgh Public Library for a wellness-based workshop designed to help teens and tweens build healthy habits that support strong test performance.
In this interactive session, students will learn practical strategies to manage stress, stay focused, and take care of their minds and bodies before, during, and after testing.
Whether students are preparing for school exams, state tests, or future standardized tests, this workshop offers tools they can use right away to feel grounded, confident, and ready to do their best.
For ages 9-19
Light refreshments will be served.
