Bridging the Gap: Understanding Youth Today Online
Join the Greenburgh Public Library and My Sisters’ Place for a supportive and empowering program designed specifically for parents and caregivers of teens. This guided discussion space offers the opportunity to connect, ask questions, and build confidence in navigating conversations around healthy relationships, communication, and youth wellbeing.
Together, we will:
-
Explore what young people are learning in MSP’s youth empowerment and healthy relationship programs
-
Strengthen facilitation and communication skills for engaging with teens at home
-
Share challenges, strategies, and successes with other caregivers
-
Build a community network of support for raising resilient, empowered youth
This program provides a welcoming, judgment-free environment where caregivers can learn, connect, and grow together, ensuring the young people in their lives feel supported both at home and in the community.
My Sisters’ Place strives to end domestic violence and human trafficking through comprehensive services, advocacy, and community education. MSP works to create a world in which every individual has the basic human right to be free from gender-based violence and to engage in relationships that embrace the principles of respect, equality, and safety.
Our Guiding Principles:
- We are always advocates.

- We act with integrity.
