Mindfulness Practices for Holiday Calm In-Person

Join Jess Vecchiarelli for a mindful pause and discover helpful tools for easing stress during the busy holiday season. In this 60-minute class, participants will learn practical ways to calm the nervous system and restore balance through gentle breathwork, grounding exercises, and guided meditation. The program also includes light seated movement, journaling prompts for reflection, and simple techniques to carry into daily life to navigate holiday stress with more ease.

No prior experience is needed. This class is for all levels and will leave participants feeling centered, clear, and re-energized, with helpful tips to regulate their nervous system. Please bring a towel or mat for floor practice.

Jess Vecchiarelli is the founder of The Aligned Path, a wellness and mindfulness practice that helps people slow down, reconnect, and find more calm and joy in daily life. She leads retreats, workshops, and community programs throughout Westchester that focus on mindfulness, grounding, and overall well-being. Jess also partners with organizations and works individually with clients to support stress relief, balance, and personal growth.

Drawing on both professional and lived experience, Jess blends mindfulness, breathwork, and reflection practices that are simple, accessible, and meaningful. Trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), she is known for her warm, inclusive approach and her ability to help people meet life with greater presence, clarity, and gratitude.
