                Music, Movement and Mindfulness In-Person
Come sing, move, and find your calm! Children will explore their emotions through lively songs, fun movement, and storytelling activities designed to help them connect with their feelings. They'll also discover soothing, age-appropriate mindfulness practices like gentle breathing and imaginative visualizations to help them feel peaceful and present. It's the perfect mix of music, playful activity, and relaxation.
Registration is required. The program is made possible by the Friends of The Greenburgh Public Library.
