Many of us worry about the future or dwell upon the past. Our mind is constantly in turmoil.  In this program, join  Arlene Samsel, a long-time Meditator, who will explore the healing power of meditation and share techniques on how to unlock the door to a life of improved emotional and physical wellbeing. Meditation is much more than a simple tool to help people reduce stress; rather, it helps to positively transform our inner self, which in turn impacts our outer relationships and the way we cope with the stressors around us. Meditation can enhance our happiness on an individual level and is the secret to profound personal well-being and global healing.

Arlene Samsel is uniquely qualified and experienced in meditation, public speaking, and the performing arts. She has been an elementary school teacher and has also performed publicly as a musician for many years. Additionally, Arlene served as director of a camp where she taught children how to meditate. 

 

She has been meditating for 25 years and has given many meditation workshops and retreats which have enabled her to speak firsthand about the crucial role of meditation in enhancing the daily lives of busy people. Arlene and her husband have raised a family of 3 children and reside in New Brighton, Minnesota.
