Yoga for Teens with Budding Buddhas In-Person
Stretch, strengthen, and de-stress with our Yoga for Teens program! This beginner-friendly class is designed to help teens improve flexibility, build mindfulness, and boost confidence through guided movement and breathing exercises. No experience needed—just bring a mat and an open mind!
