Arvind Naik, MBA in Global Business Management from NYIT, is educated as an Electronics Engineer and works as a Data Architect and Director of Engineering in the Information Technology field. He has been giving lectures and workshops on meditation for years, demonstrating how incorporating meditation into daily routines can be life-changing. Arvind explores how meditation can help individuals develop physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. He has led meditation programs at corporations like Target, Sleep Number, and Vialto and regularly speaks at libraries and community centers nationwide. He also educates children and teens about meditation. Recently, he introduced meditation as a stress reduction tool at Vialto Partners and spoke at the Columbia Heights Police Department about its benefits for managing daily stress. Arvind lives in Minnesota with his wife and two sons.
