Rebecca Mazin brings a business perspective to the job search process with 20+ years as a human resources professional. She formed Recruit Right to create usable solutions for employers to meet increasingly complicated human resources challenges through consulting, writing and training. Prior to Recruit Right, Rebecca held key management positions at major organizations including Hyatt Hotels, Owens Corning and the NLRB. Rebecca has shared her knowledge of work readiness and the job search process with hundreds of program participants in Westchester public libraries. She is a graduate of Cornell University with a degree in Labor Relations and is the author of First Time Firing, The Employee Benefits Answer Book: An Indispensable Guide for Managers and Business Owners and co-author of The HR Answer Book: An Indispensable Guide for Managers and Human Resources Professionals
