Pause, Reflect, Recommit and Reboot to wake up each part of your body to move and feel better! Join Certified Personal Trainer, Shirley Agnela Menezes Sharma, to practice a series of gentle movements to stretch the whole body and optimize functioning.
Please bring a towel or mat to use for floor exercises.

Shirley Agnela Menezes Sharma is certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Stretch Coach and Personal Trainer. Shirley believes in guiding individuals to discover their own inner strength and resilience and is the owner of Fitness Thursdays, LLC.
