Stretch and Flex for Optimal Functioning In-Person

Pause, Reflect, Recommit and Reboot to wake up each part of your body to move and feel better!  Join Certified Personal Trainer, Shirley Agnela Menezes Sharma, to practice a series of gentle movements to stretch the whole body and optimize functioning.

Please bring a towel or mat to use for floor exercises.

Before starting any new exercise program, please seek advice from your primary healthcare provider, such as your family doctor.
