Senior Breakfast Club Fall Mixer with Northwell Health Phelps Hospital In-Person
Join us at the Library as Northwell Health Phelps Hospital hosts its "Breakfast Club" for seniors in person for the wider older adult community.
Enjoy a complimentary breakfast, an opportunity to connect with other older adults and learn from Northwell Health Phelps Hospital health professionals about a relevant health topic.
Today, Gaby Naranjo, LMSW, coordinator of the new Northwell Health Phelps Hospital Caregivers Center will discuss decisions for heightened care needs as we age and the resources and options available to provide the appropriate level of support.
